What Is an Agent Downline, and How Is One Structured?
Updated: 3 days ago
A downline is the group of Club members assigned beneath an Agent or Super Agent.
For an Agent, the downline consists of Players.
For a Super Agent, the downline can include both Agents and Players.
That creates a simple structure:
Agent → Player
or:
Super Agent → Agent → Player
For more on the roles themselves, see What a Poker Agent Does, and Where a Super Agent Fits.

Who Can Manage a Downline?
An Agent's downline can be edited by the Club Master, Club Manager or Super Agent.
A Super Agent's downline can be edited by the Club Master or Club Manager.
Before an Agent or Super Agent can be moved to a different role, their downline must first be fully cleared.
Why the Agent Downline Matters
A downline is more than an organizational structure. Certain ClubGG controls can apply across the entire group.
For example, game restrictions applied to an Agent also apply to Players in their downline. Restrictions applied to a Super Agent also apply to the Agents and Players beneath them.
ClubGG's Agent Win/Loss Limit works in a similar way. Club and Union Masters and Managers can set daily or weekly win/loss limits for an Agent or Super Agent based on the combined results of that role and their downline.
If the limit is reached, the Agent or Super Agent and their downline are restricted from entering poker games until the limit resets or is changed by an authorized administrator.

The Simple Version
Agent: manages Players.
Super Agent: manages Agents and Players.
A downline shows how those members are grouped beneath them and determines how certain ClubGG permissions, restrictions and limits apply across that structure.
