Club Chips and Credits, Explained
Club chips are the in-app chips used for poker games within a ClubGG Club. They have no monetary value, and they are intended for use only within the Club.
This article explains what Club chips and credits are, which roles can issue chips, and how members receive them.

What Club Chips Are
Each Club uses its own chips for its games and tournaments. The chips exist only inside the app and only for use within that Club.
Club chips have no monetary value. Club administration can issue them without limit.
Who Can Issue Chips
Access to Club chips follows the Club hierarchy.
Club Master: unlimited access to Club chips.
Club Managers: the same by default, unless the Club Master restricts that permission.
Super Agents: grant Club chips to the members of their downline from their available credits. When they need more credits, they request them from the Club Master or a Club Manager.
Agents: grant Club chips to the Players in their downline from their available credits. When they need more credits, they request them from their Super Agent.
Players: can request chips from their Agent.
How Credits Relate to Chips
Credits are what Agents and Super Agents grant Club chips from. Like Club chips, credits are always in-app.
Depending on the available features, credits move to and from Agents through the Club's Agent Counter, while Club chips move to and from members through the Member Counter. An Agent can hold both.
Chips and credits are both part of the Club's data. If a Club is disbanded, its chips and credits are deleted along with the rest of that data.

The Counter
The Counter is where Club members can request chips and authorized Club roles can manage chip transactions. Depending on their permissions, Club Masters, Club Managers and Agents can distribute or reclaim chips within their respective areas of responsibility.
Depending on the available features and permissions, the Counter also lets authorized Club roles issue tournament Tickets and Vouchers, review a Trade Record of all Counter activity, and see pending chip requests from members.
Moving chips from one account to another is a chip transfer, and each member's current chip balance appears in the Club's reports.
Chips as Prizes
Club chips can also be awarded as prizes. Chips awarded as leaderboard prizes come from the Club's chip balance, and any that are not awarded return to it. Club administration can also allocate chips to a Bad Beat Jackpot.
In short, Club chips are in-app chips for playing within a Club, and credits are what Agents and Super Agents grant those chips from. Neither leaves the app, and chips reach members through the Club's roles and the Counter.
